Talk has been of former Ferrari chief Jean Todt . . . but Bernie and Ferrari . . . already cozy enough?

With vocal fan perception (especially after McLaren's $100M fine and Renault's wrist slap) already running along these lines, couldn't Todt as successor do more damage than good to the sport's overall health?
