We invite you to join us tomorrow morning at Overtime Sports Bar and Grill for the Monaco Grand Prix and Indy 500! Please update your RSVP here if you're planning to attend and as always, all are welcome. We're expecting a good sized crowd, so come on down for racing from the crown jewels of open-wheel!

We'll begin our showing of the Monaco GP with a 9:00 am pre-race start, and 9:30 flag drop alongside live Indy 500 coverage on separate screens. After the Monaco GP, we'll be beginning our F1 raffle featuring the photography of Paul-Henri Cahier taken just two weeks ago in Turkey.

Monaco 2008: Likely to be a wet one (!)

The 2008 F1 Monaco GP

Weather will be a factor in Monaco, with a 90% likelihood of rain for the race. Qualifying turned out to be very difficult for some drivers today as they struggled with a changing wet/dry green track, and with expected conditions requiring wet setups, it is tough to say just who may have taken rain into account . . .

Thanks to Griffin Motorwerke and F1-Photo.com for these great shots from Turkey taken two weeks ago - to be raffled after the GP! A Grand Prix Brunch will be served as well, and we ask all who are planning to attend to RSVP to help us plan for the crowd.

Felipe: Ready for what a wet start holds

Felipe's touch put him on the top step again in Turkey, and he's going to be needing as much as he can muster in the principality. Nico Rosberg was impressive as well on Saturday, and will be going to the limit this Sunday, which will mark the 25th aniversary of his father's win there. This weekend also marks the 600th Grand Prix for Frank Williams.

Rain is the great equalizer in racing, so this year's running of the Monaco Grand Prix will be one not to miss! In other news, the running of the Indy 500 should be a race with a few surprises as well, now that it features the most competitive field the series has seen in more than a decade.

Thanks again for your continuted support, and we look forward to seeing you at the races!

Can't make it... I will be driving around Reno Fernley Raceway at that moment. Otherwise, how could I miss a two race at once deal?
  • Gary Robertson
I'll be in Oregon and will have to see if I can possibly find a spot to watch the race...
